Our quality inspectors must have at leave 5 years experience in quality control inspection of high precision machined parts with reduced tolerances.
Five years experience, candidate must demonstrate the use of verniers, micrometers, depth mics, thread gauges, height gages, surface testers, optical shadow graphs.
Candidate must be able to create and build setups for measuring with the use of GAGE BLOCKS, SIM Plates, height gages etc.
Able to read and interpret engineering complex drawings with complex geometric tolerances.
Candidates with solid experience with CMM’s (Coordinate Measuring Machines) in both use and programming could obtain a level II position.
Superior people skills and teamwork.
Use of active listening skills, critical thinking, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Ability to communicate with others as well as actively continuing his own learning.
Good time management abilities. Abilities to work under pressure and in short
Fluent in English or French

Responsible to monitor the crushing operation of hard materials and clay materials and ensure to comply with all requirements as per the production program.
Operate the machine and make sure it is in good running condition to deliver the targeted production as per Porcellan specifications.
Perform the corrective and preventive actions for the process deviation and any foreseen problems.
Check and maintain the crushed material parameters, adjust any deviations found and inform the Supervisor accordingly.
Correct abnormalities found in the section and highlight the same to the Supervisor / In Charge.
Conversant in English, both oral and written

Supervision of assembly, installation and commissioning of robotic welding solutions.
Troubleshooting and servicing of robotic systems and customer related issues.
Additional experience is beneficial related to PLC programming, vision systems, Robot Studio or Weld pro offline programming.
Creating new programs, repairing and maintaining existing programs, production line welding of parts on the robot, and building/improving robotic welding fixtures.
If robotic work is complete, other duties may include standard production line welding or running other shop equipment such as press brakes etc.
