About Fil-High International Manpower, Inc.:
FIL-HIGH International Manpower Inc. was founded in March 2003 as FIL-HIGH International Manpower Services and aimed to export hard working, high-education and high-qualified technical workers, professionals, labors, domestic workers and etc. from Philippines to every part of the world to perform work on land.
After short period of time for preparation, the company was established at the present address at Rm 606~609 CYA Bldg, 282 EDSA Corner Celle St., Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines in June 2004 and started the business. The company located in the most elegant area in Manila, facing EDSA and International Airport in Manila, with several five-star hotels and major government organizations nearby, the area itself, is accessible for processing the business transaction, and convenient for applicant for applying and process their documents.
It has received a formal license of manpower agency issued by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) in May 2005. For more than three years in service Fil-High become bigger so that the company decided to convert the company into incorporation luckily the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) approved it as Fil-High International Manpower Inc. last December 19, 2007 expired on May 2013.
Since the start of the business until today, the company has exported more than 1000 migrant labors to Taiwan, to work for over 60 companies. Today we have more than 10,000 applicants in our data bank. Fil-High is setting its sights on new markets and new occupational fields to deploy its pool of professional, skilled and semi-skilled, and technical workers.
